ABOUT ME

“Coaching isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking the questions that help you discover your direction.”

I've spent years leading and mentoring people directly — serving on my church's Board of Directors, leading a small group and women's ministry, and volunteering at a safe house for women rescued from sex trafficking and exploitation. I hold a master's degree in Leadership from Wheaton College, and along the way I've learned what actually helps people move forward: the right question, asked at the right time, from someone willing to walk beside them.

After building a strong career in internal audit and corporate governance — nearly two decades in roles at RTI International, Deloitte, and IBM, including as Director of Internal Audit, and earning my CIA and PMP certifications — I've now moved in a direction to make a greater, more direct impact in the lives of people. Rebuilt Purpose grew out of my belief that life is easier when you have someone walking beside you, having the right conversation at the right time, giving you a clearer picture of who you are and how to get to where you want to go. My approach is direct, practical, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the ability to choose who they want to be.
